Nirali Parekh has over 7 years of post-qualification experience across investment banking, valuation, and corporate advisory, along with her articleship. She has worked with clients across India and international markets.
She was part of Deloitte’s Valuations and Business Modelling team in India and Toronto, advising on PPA, financial reporting, litigation, and M&A transactions. She has also worked with PL Capital, Valuecraftz Advisors, and Haribhakti & Co, with experience in financial modelling, valuation opinions, investor materials, and supporting due diligence.
Nirali is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared Level II of the CFA Program, and focuses on delivering analytical insights and supporting value-accretive transactions.
